Systemic Family Constellations

The lotus’s roots grow deep into the underground soil. From root to root, the lotus rises. It cannot mature without the mud — without the nutrients that the mud provides. The mud is an essential part of the lotus’s life cycle.

In the same way, we cannot fully grow without including all parts of ourselves and our experiences — even the parts we struggle to accept. This includes our personal history, our families, our communities, and the wider world around us.

Through Systemic Family Constellations, we bring the unseen into the light. Hidden loyalties, unresolved trauma, and unconscious patterns can emerge, so they may be recognized, acknowledged, and integrated. By facing and including these aspects, we deepen our inner roots, reclaim our life force, and access resilience, clarity, and freedom.

Just as the lotus rises from the mud to bloom in its fullness, we too can rise, grounded in our own deep inner strength.

Unprocessed traumatic events can leave us feeling stuck, entangled, or unconsciously bonded. Often, the effects of these unresolved experiences are felt, relived, and carried across generations. Families can remain caught in patterns rooted in the past, even as they live in the present.

These unconscious inheritances can manifest in many ways: addictions, anxiety, health challenges, difficulties conceiving, suicide, strained relationships, financial struggles, or recurring patterns in family dynamics. They shape the ways we re-enact past traumas in our relationships with ourselves, family, friends, organizations, and the wider world.

Systemic Family Constellations provide a safe and supported space to reveal the hidden dynamics that keep us locked in unhealthy or destructive patterns. Often, the origins of our feelings and experiences predate our own lives. Through this work, we move beyond the drama of daily stories to address the heart of the matter, bringing awareness, healing, and flow to the system as a whole.

At the heart of Systems work are three guiding principles:

BElonging

Who has been excluded?

order

Who has taken on a position that is not theirs?

Balance

Where is the "I for you" or "You for me" movement?

In Constellation work, we learn that every challenge carries its own solution. My role as facilitator is to hold a safe space where that solution can emerge naturally. Healing sentences, intentional pauses, and the acknowledgment of “truth as it is” are integral parts of the process.

By seeing the entire system and becoming present not only to trauma but also to the intelligence passed across generations, clients are invited into a graceful, step-by-step gathering into wholeness.

As we resolve entanglements and bring hidden loyalties into light, we experience a sense of belonging to a larger, living system. Clients begin to stand in connection with their system while maintaining healthy separation — resilience, clarity, and inner alignment naturally rise.

Sessions are offered in-person or online, and can be experienced one-on-one or in a group setting, providing flexibility and support tailored to each participant’s needs.
