Circle-Centered Facilitated Sessions & Workshops

"The Circle has healing power. In the Circle, we are all equal. When in the Circle, no one is in front of you. No one is behind you. No one is above you. No one is below you. The Sacred Circle is designed to create unity. The Hoop of Life is also a circle. In this hoop there is a place for every species, every race, every tree and every plant. It is this completeness of Life that must be respected in order to bring about health on this planet."
— Dave Chief, Oglala Lakota

The Circle is a space of safety, equality, and connection. It honors the truth that every voice matters, every story has value, and we grow as we relate. In Circle-Centered sessions, participants gather to explore, share, and reflect in a supportive and non-judgmental container.

These sessions and workshops are designed to:

  • Foster self-awareness, relational intelligence, and emotional resilience

  • Honor individual experiences while connecting to the collective wisdom

  • Provide tools for inner navigation, healing, and personal growth

  • Encourage embodied learning through dialogue, movement, and reflection

The Circle allows participants to step into presence, be witnessed, and witness others, creating a deep sense of belonging and interconnectedness. It is both a healing and learning space, where insights emerge naturally, and participants leave feeling seen, supported, and empowered to carry their learning into daily life.

At the core of my work is the art of facilitation, whether in individual or collective sessions, workshops, or longer journeys.

By facilitation, I do not position myself as the expert of your inner journey. Instead, I engage with you as a co-creative partner, bringing tools and methodologies that best suit the context, group, or individual moment. As a trained facilitator, I serve as a catalyst, witnessing the unfolding of your journey with presence, care, and attunement.

In the sessions I host, there is no hierarchy. Everything is grounded in “the way of the circle”, guiding the flow of interaction and connection. I hold the truth:

“Every individual is whole, and this wholeness has its rightful place.”

“By its simple shape, circle includes everyone without distinction, welcomes and invites all to participate, and creates equality among those gathered.”
— ― Christina Baldwin, The Circle Way: A Leader in Every Chair

All sessions are theme-led and carry specific objectives, yet one intention ripples through them all:

“Supporting women, girls, men, and boys in self-conversing and relating. At Nyame Dua, we believe that shifting and transforming the self is the way to shifting and transforming the world.”
